Merchants Walk

Merchants Walk is an environmentally-friendly, mixed-use development at the intersection of I-64 and US Route 15 in Louisa County, Virginia, approximately 30 miles east of Charlottesville. BCT is providing master planning, building and graphic design services for this development, organized around significant wetland areas, which upon completion will include a pedestrian-oriented 420,000 sf retail outlet center, 300,000 sf of office space, a 200,000 sf grocery-anchored neighborhood retail center, two hotels and a variety of pad sites. Phase I of the development, approximately 225,000 sf of outlet retail, is scheduled to open in 2008.
