Quarry Lake at Greenspring

After being mined for 125 years to collect minerals such as quartz and garnet, this 363-acre quarry lake is being reclaimed as an upscale, mixed-use, lakefront community. Components of Quarry Lake include the Marketplace Retail and Office Village, a clubhouse, condominiums and houses and Bluestone Park. The Marketplace Retail will consist of 111,500 sf of space, and it includes a Fresh Market grocery store and Starbucks, as well as shopping, leisure opportunities, and numerous restaurants overlooking the lake.
