Eastgate Shopping Center, owned by Federal Realty Investment Trust, has been recently renovated to include all-new exterior design and signage. New tenants include a specialty grocery store, boutiques and restaurants. This fresh new design on Franklin Street, near the University of North Carolina, has been well-received by the community.
