The Cordish Company selected BCT to execute this lifestyle-oriented retail and entertainment center. A smart-growth redevelopment of a former sports arena site, the project totals 400,000 sf of Main Street retail, cinema, restaurants and adjacent power retailers. Anchored by a multi-plex cinema, 'The Boulevard! At Cap Centre' also includes a unique cluster of dining opportunities known as 'Restaurant Row.’ Services included: planning, design, architecture and environmental graphic design.
