Concordville, Pennsylvania

The first multi-level 'Avenue' project incorporating large-format retailers was developed by the Peterson Companies in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Brown Craig Turner's services for this 400,000 sf project included architecture, store design, bridge design, and graphics, as well as coordination with civil engineers and master planning from RTKL Associates. Galyan's is a two-level sporting-goods store connected via bridge to structured parking. Other anchors include Target, Barnes and Noble, and Pier One.
