Worman's Mill

Worman’s Mill is a new housing and retail center comprised of mixed-use market rate apartments with convenience retail, assisted living units and memory support facilities. The housing is located in the center of a walkable community, situated above 40,000 sf of retail, consisting of two restaurants, a deli, pharmacy, bank, hair salon, convenience store, fitness center, and doctors’ offices. BCT is providing schematic design services and programming.
