Williamsburg Landing is a retirement community sited on 133 acres neighboring Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia. The expansion of Williamsburg Landing’s Edgewood Neighborhood consisted of 32 single-family homes as well as 31 manor-style apartment units. The expansion also includes a 14,000sf wellness and fitness spa focusing on a holistic approach to senior fitness with a full aquatics program. The entire neighborhood is designed using the New Urbanism approach to planning and a traditional architectural style reminiscent of Colonial Williamsburg. The project received several national awards for design. Janet Reynolds served as Project Manager while Vice President at CSD, the Architect of Record.
