Weinberg Village

Weinberg Village is a unique affordable housing community adjacent to the Owings Mills Jewish Community Center. Sponsored by CHAI, The Associated’s not-for-profit housing assistance and development arm, Weinberg Village, once completed, will provide 450 residential units in five buildings of affordable senior housing, funded through the HUD 202 senior housing funds and Maryland’s Tax Credit Housing Program grants and donations. Janet Reynolds was Project Manager and Principal in Charge for all 5 buildings while serving as Vice President for CSD, the Architect of Record.
