Wakefield Overlook

This New Urbanist Plan is comprised of a mix of residential housing, including 60 village homes and 82 apartments in Phase I and 90 in Phase II, as well as town square with a sidewalk cafe, fine dining, convenience retail, and other amenities of the community. It also includes a new state-of- the-art Wellness/Fitness Center as the centerpiece of the new addition. Janet Reynolds served as Project Architect through the design and construction process as Vice President for CSD, the Architect of Record.
