Uptown Commons

Uptown Commons consists of new construction along a five block urban area in the Clifton Heights Urban Renewal Area of Cincinnati. University of Cincinnati is adjacent to the project, and students are expected to be primary users as the development links the major university sports complexes with the pro-active Clifton Heights neighborhood. The development includes retail, office, hotel, multi-story parking, a future transit hub and residential uses and complements an existing commercial core within 2 blocks. A key component of the design is an exciting urban open space available for programmed activities by the public and the university.
