Brown Craig Turner was selected as Design Architect by SORA Holdings for this mixed-use development in Glassboro, New Jersey. The project is located immediately adjacent to Rowan University and features both student housing and senior living within and above a retail Main Street, featuring 75,000 sf of retail space. Rowan Boulevard was awarded a Smart Growth Award from NJ Future in 2009.
