BCT provided the conceptual design for two new residential towers to complement the existing Pentagon Centre retail development in Arlington VA, adjacent to the Pentagon. The TOD development includes a 25 story tower above an existing Metro Station, and a 12 story residential mid-rise above retail and parking.
