Patapsco Place

Patapsco Place is a transformation of a "past-its-prime" retail development to an affordable housing neighborhood. BCT created unique residential plans that provide private entrances and garages while also providing high density development through an “over and under” townhome plan. This 135 unit multi-family project contributes to the overall revitalization efforts in the surrounding community.
