Marsh’s Edge is a premier retirement community on St. Simons Island, Georgia. Located on 34 acres, including 4 large man-made lakes, the Marsh’s Edge CCRC targets a high-end market with its resort-style amenities and sensitive regional design. Marsh’s Edge won the national Design for Aging citation in 2006. The campus includes 114 apartments, 30 single-family residences and a 64 bed healthcare wing. Duncan Walker acted as Principal in Charge and primary designer at CSD, the Architect of Record.
