BCT prepared a design concept for a luxury, 500 unit residential building in the waterfront neighborhood of Canton in Baltimore, MD. The concept includes 12,000 sf of retail on the north end, a 5-level garage with parking for 850+, an indoor and outdoor pool, community space and a sky lobby.
