Burnbrae Homestead

Burnbrae Homestead is a residential development plan, neighborhood infill, on 2.17 acres in West Towson, Baltimore County for four new homesites adjacent to a historic home. The new houses were designed to be compatible with the existing 1916 home as well as the surrounding neighborhood, and the lots were laid out to minimize impervious area created by the driveways. BCT received approvals from Baltimore County in 2007, and renovation of the historic home is near completion.
