Power Plant Live

An entertainment, retail and office project featuring 235,000 square feet of cafes, entertainment and nightclubs within a historic district. Also included are new public spaces and finishes for 130,000 square feet of office space. The focus of the project is an animated urban plaza. BCT designed project signage and most tenant signage in an effort to blur the line between where the buildings stop and the plaza begins. Services include: planning, design, architecture and graphics.
