Jennifer Geczi, LEED AP
Vice President

As co-director of BCT's Interior Architecture and Design studio, Jennifer has more than 13 years of experience in architecture, commercial interiors and graphic design. A dedicated, detail-oriented designer whose collaborative nature keeps her involved in projects from concept to construction, Jennifer’s portfolio includes senior housing, multifamily housing, restaurant, retail, office and hospitality—both nationally and internationally.  Under the leadership of Jennifer and her co-director, Deborah Dietrich, the Interior Architecture and Design studio has grown in staff and expertise. An integral part of the BCT family, the studio works closely on many of the firm’s mixed-use projects that require interior architecture and design.

A creative and efficient leader, Jennifer believes that the line is often blurred between interior design, graphics and branding as these elements are necessary to the successful outcome of a project. A well-designed interior conveys a brand message and blends seamlessly with the building exterior. This philosophic approach has led the Interior Architecture studio to create a number of branding packages for new retailers launching in the region. The studio’s international work includes senior housing in China and a food and beverage court within a mixed-use development in Istanbul, Turkey.

Under the leadership of both Jennifer and Deborah, the Studio focuses on a comprehensive design process that allows client engagement throughout the entire process and ultimately results in clear solutions that produce effective, efficient and well-designed deliverables.

"I strive for a successful design process which allows client engagement at all phases, promotes clarity and ultimately results in effective and efficient design solutions."
