Deborah Dietrich, LEED AP
Vice President

Since 2004, Deborah has been creating inspiring spaces in a diverse range of places - from corporate interiors to multi-family housing, libraries to restaurants. She takes design from concept through construction administration, down to the very last details of artwork and furniture selection. Deborah believes that good design does not have to be expensive. It needs to solve a problem, reflect creativity, and convey beauty and functionality.

Today as the co-director of the Interior Architecture & Design studio Deborah views the design process as managed and collaborative, one that engages the client throughout the life of the project. This process makes for a cohesive team effort and produces the best results. The diversity of work performed under Deborah's leadership means that the team always brings a fresh perspective to every project; and every project is informed by this diversity of experience.

The Interior Architecture & Design studio's staff and portfolio have grown extensively since 2004. Areas of expertise now include multifamily and senior housing, hospitality, and retail. The team works mostly within the United States but has also completed projects in China and Turkey.

Deborah graduated from Florida International University, with a B.S. in Interior Design. She is a licensed Interior Designer and member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ).

"Great design is a collaborative process and the best results come from a cohesive team of people working towards a common goal."
