M. Ann Tyler
Director of Business Development

Ann joined BCT in 2013 and leads the firm's business development efforts in the Mid-Atlantic region and nationally. A dedicated member of the BCT team, she has more than twenty years of experience working in the marketing, public relations and business development arenas. Ann focuses on retail-driven, mixed-use projects for the firm and connects with developers and organizations that have a need BCT can fill. She is adept at establishing new relationships and maintaining existing relationships and recently launched a speakers’ series on behalf of the firm, introducing clients to new trends and other experts within the industry.

Ann is actively involved in NAIOP, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), The Maryland Building Industry Association (MBIA), The Greater Baltimore Committee, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She derives the greatest pleasure from working with BCT’s creative team and others in the industry dedicated to the built environment-both the design and sustainability of it.

Ann received her Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from Vanderbilt University and has traveled extensively throughout Europe.
